Stefano’s tenure focused on TLC global markets, Oil global markets, asset management and private equity. Stefano has also held senior roles at Italtel, Lucent and Nettest. Stefano long experience counts on direct relationships with top managers at major oil producing companies as ENI, Lukoil, CNPC and Socar. Stefano managed to bring to success numerous oil deals in China and USA. Stefano is the CEO of Complus Systems Group.

Eng. Karl Kuhn, a Swiss Citizen, is the Managing Director of Complus Systems Group and Complus Trading in Italy and Switzerland and spearheads the Group's local activities in Europe and Russia. Prior to joining Complus Systems Group, Karl served as director in companies as ASCOM, MOTOROLA and ITALTEL. Karl matured great skills and experience in the financial and banking system.

Barry F. Haugh, a US Citizen, is the Managing Director of the North American Division of Complus Trading. Currently in Texas and Virginia. Prior to joining Complus Trading early on Barry was in Logistics management for air and ground freight and helped develop what eventually became UPS’s air freight system. Setting up operations in several cities east of the Mississippi river for UPS. Barry has over 30 year’s of management experience, using his logistics, customer service and sales skills to help guide transactions to a positive conclusion.

Brad Mothersbaugh is an accomplished accountant with more than 35 years of experience. He has served as Controller for a publicly traded international subsea construction company, where he managed all daily accounting operations, monthly close periods and quarterly financial reporting in accordance with internal management, corporate governance and SEC requirements. He has specialized experience in financial restatements and associated SEC filings and has provided due- diligence reporting and accounting research specific to oil and gas acquisition projects, as well as litigation projects. He possesses talents in the oil and gas, real estate and professional services industries, and his professional tenure prior to joining the Complus Companies includes: Senior Advisory Specialist for Opportune; Crude Oil Global Trading Analyst for Chevron/Texaco, Public Accounting and GL Controller for Caltex/American Overseas Petroleum.

Jun Wang is a Chinese citizen, based since 12 years in Helsinki, Finland. Jun is a professional with over 15 years of experience working in the trading, project finance and energy industries both in Europe and Asia. Mr. Wang’s unique management style has led him to have successfully identified and developed business opportunities in a multi-cultural setting. Jun via his long term relations and thanks to the influence of his family at high level in China, is Complus Trading main tie to SOE buyers in China and other Asian countries.

Fausto has been CEO of different Italian companies operating on textile/commercial market. He has been for five years the Chairman of the board of a European owned bank opened in Liberia to guarantee EU quality level of financial services offered to EU companies investing in Liberia. The bank has been sold on 2009 to the bank PHB (Platinum Habib BankGroup).

In my law practice I was engaged plaintiff’s trial work, specifically federal tort claims which involved all stages of litigation from assessing and investigating the claims through trials and appeals. The majority of my practice was in Federal District Court in Great Falls before Judge Hatfield and Judge Molloy. I was the judge for Glacier County in the office of Justice of the Peace for over 25 years and in that position I handled a broad spectrum of civil and criminal cases. As judge I acquired extensive experience in legal research and writing of judgments (I handled more than 25,000 cases) court administration, budgeting, working with the County Commissioners and the County Attorney’s office, dealing with the public and supervising clerks and other personnel in my office as well as conducting successful election campaigns. I dealt with issues concerning issuance of search warrants, sentencing, conducting jury and non-jury trials as well as researching and writing judgments on the cases tried in my court. As a lecturer at International University Concordia Audentes, Tallinn Technical University and Tallinn University I have received recognition for excellence in my teaching career.
